• I cannot add the Address

  I am having difficulties adding a property. It won't let me enter in the address: Sometime this happens in Internet Explorer. If you trying opening up the portal through a different browser such as Google Chrome then you shouldn't experience this problem.Few readers

• Mover wants to opt out of the Just Move In Service

  The mover has changed their mind about consenting to the service, how do I change this? Click onto the move, click 'add additional info' and let us know if the mover no longer has given consent to be contacted, or they are no longer wanting to use our service. The movers can also let us know if they do not wish to use our service.Few readers

• Adding and Removing Users on the Portal

  Someone has joined our team and needs access to the portal. How do I add them? Anyone who has administrator rights can add new users to the portal. To do this you need to click on your name in the top right-hand corner - there is then a user admin option. Click on this and 'Manage Users'. If you need any other users to have administrator rights just contact your Customer Success Manager who can set this up for you. A member of staff has left.
