Who's details do we need living at the property? Include All Occupants Details (over the age of 18). This is important for council tax notifications. I don’t have an email address for my mover, what should I do? Ideally we would like to have the email address for the mover as we contact the mover via Email & SMS to invite them to use our Home Set Up. If you do not have an email, you can enter just the mobile number however ideally we would like to have the email also. Business Lets We are only able to accept residential moves and therefore we cannot manage moves where the details provided are that of a business and not of the occupants. Suppliers will only recognise our change of occupancy notifications whereby we are informing them of a move in or out of the specific occupants.
