What happens after I add a move onto the portal

What Happens Now?

Once you have submitted your movers details over to us on our partner portal they will receive an Email and SMS from Just Move In, inviting them to make an appointment with our Move Specialist team. Assuming we have consent to contact them, you can let them know we'll be in touch shortly to discuss their move and what we can do for them.

If we're waiting on meter readings from you, these need to be submitted within seven days of the move date to be included within our change of occupancy notifications.

If you think of anything else important for us to know, you can add a note to the move submission at any time by clicking 'Add Additional' Info. Things you might want to tell us about: changes of dates, errors in submissions or moves no longer going ahead.
