Mover wants to opt out of the Just Move In Service

The mover has changed their mind about consenting to the service, how do I change this?
Click onto the move, click 'add additional info' and let us know if the mover no longer has given consent to be contacted, or they are no longer wanting to use our service. The movers can also let us know if they do not wish to use our service.
