How to amend a move

You can amend information on any move as long as we have not sent change of occupancy notifcations yet. If we have already notified the suppliers, this option won't be available.

The tenancy start/end date has changed

You can amend the move date by going into the move in the portal and clicking the pencil next to the move date. This will only be available if we have not send change of occupancy notifications to suppliers yet.

I made a mistake with the address

You can amend the address by clicking on the pencil next to the address. This will only be available if we have not send change of occupancy notifications to suppliers yet.

The move is no longer going ahead

Please let us know by adding an additional info note in the move - you will see the option to do this on the left hand side. Adding a note will also hold the move so that we don't send anything to suppliers until we have actioned your note and made any changes you have let us know about.

My mover is buying/selling and has now exchanged

If it's a sales move and it was originally submitted with an estimated exchange date, it's very useful for you to let us know if they have now exchanged and have a completion date. You can let us know by adding an additional info note.
