Have COOs been carried out?
I’m not sure if the Change of Occupancies have been done, the tenant hasn’t heard anything yet.
JMI has a 6 weeks action period for Utility Companies and Councils to act on our Change of Occupancies. If the tenant has not heard anything after 6 weeks, then they should contact us directly and we can investigate. You can also advise the tenant to get in contact with their Move Specialist who they had their Home Set Up call with.
