Forwarding Address
Why do you want the tenants forwarding address?
This is so that tenants can receive the final bills from the property they have left. As they will have already moved out of the property by this stage, we can provide the forwarding address to the various suppliers.
We didn’t have a forwarding address for the tenant at the time but now we do, should we give it to you?
Yes, it is likely that there are still final bills that will be sent out. You can notify us of the forwarding address via the Add Additional Info on the Mover’s page.
Do you need us to obtain the forwarding address?
No. It is not essential for us to have the forwarding address. However, if we do have it, it minimises the risk of any delay of bills not reaching the tenants and the potential for unpaid bills.
