Earning commission from Just Move In
You can find out information regarding your commission by speaking with a Customer Success Manager. We are able to provide you with historic quarterly commission statements, and look into ways that we can increase the commission that you receive. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for more information.
If your account with Just Move In has been set up to include commission payments, then these are paid to you on a quarterly basis. Any payments earned will be paid into your nominated bank, or you should raise invoices against the statement as directed. Your account manager will contact you when the statements are ready to be sent out, and set out the next steps.
It can take up to 6 months for payments to come through to us to be paid to the agency, so for example a service taken up in Q1 could be paid in Q3 instead.
If you would like us to raise VAT invoices on your behalf and pay you directly, please contact your Customer Success Manager to request a Self Billing Form.
