Standard suppliers include gas, electricity, water, sewerage and councils. Just Move In can check the supplier for a property by accessing national databases. However some properties have additional suppliers for the heating, cooling and hot water. This is most common in newer block developments. The agency must tell us if there are additional utility suppliers that need to be notified. Otherwise we will not inform the supplier and the bills may not be correctly changed.
