Who's details do we need living at the property? Include All Occupants Details (over the age of 18). This is important for council tax notifications. It may also be required as bills may be in different tenants names and not just the lead tenant. Smart Meters, Prepay Meters and Coin Meters

If it is a prepayment / Smart meter - do I have to give you readings? Yes, we still need readings and a meter serial number – this is to ensure that under no circumstances is an estimated bill generated.

**Smart Meters ** If you have a tenant that is moving into a property that has a smart meter, please leave a message for us in the additional information box to let us know. By doing this, we will then know not to notify the suppliers of the change of occupancy.

The meter is a coin meter - what should I do? During submission toggle on the bills which are coin meters. This will ensure that we do not send COO’s for these.

**Sub Meters ** Sometimes a landlord will install sub meters in individual flats and calculate the usage for each tenant. Please notify us if this is the case as no change of occupancy notifications will be required to be sent from us. You can write this information in the additional information box within the move on the portal.

Cancelling a Move

If you click into the move, you will have the option to ADD ADDITIONAL INFO. Click here and you can write a note telling us of the cancellation. This message will go straight to our Utilities Management Team who will action the cancellations within 24 hours.
